By accessing Storm Intelligence OS ("the Platform") or submitting a request for access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Storm Intelligence OS provides storm detection alerts, residential address data within storm-affected areas, and pre-written outreach campaign materials to roofing contractors in the United States. The Platform monitors publicly available data from the National Weather Service (NOAA) and open mapping sources.
Access to the Platform requires:
The one-time platform license fee is non-refundable once onboarding has been completed and access has been granted.
Mid-month cancellation: If you cancel your monthly monitoring subscription at any point during a billing period, you will not receive a refund for that month's fee. However, your live storm monitoring and alerts will remain fully active until the end of the current billing period. Once that billing period ends, monitoring will stop and no further charges will occur.
In plain terms: you pay for the full month regardless of when you cancel, but you keep full access and alerts through the last day you already paid for.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
Address data provided is sourced from publicly available mapping databases and matched against publicly available NWS storm polygon data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any address data. You are responsible for verifying any address before use and for complying with all applicable laws in your outreach.
Revenue estimates, ROI figures, and testimonials presented on this site reflect individual results and are not guarantees of performance. Actual results depend on your market, crew execution, close rate, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Intelligence OS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including missed storms, inaccurate data, or revenue not earned.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
